Health and safety on every site, every project
Built into how we work, not bolted on. Every project starts with site-specific risk assessments and method statements, and runs on prevention, communication, and accountability.

Overview
Safety as a delivery standard, not an afterthought
Our work is commercial only. We support main contractors and developers on new builds and large-scale projects, fit-out companies delivering tight programmes, facilities management companies handling ongoing maintenance and refurbishment, and commercial property managers and landlords keeping portfolios to a high standard.
We have delivered coatings packages for Marks & Spencer, Starbucks, Costa, KFC, Pets at Home, Premier Inn, Manchester University, and National Banking Society, alongside a growing list of main contractors and developers across the UK.
Before work begins
Site-specific risk assessments and method statements
Before any work starts on site, we complete site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). These are tailored to each project and reviewed with site management to ensure full alignment with site rules, conditions, and the wider programme.
RAMS are not generic templates. They reflect the specific working environment, the substrates and systems involved, the trades working alongside us, and the access and ventilation conditions on the day.
On site
Standards maintained from start to handover
Once work is underway, our procedures keep safety standards consistent across the project. The same approach applies whether the job is a single shopfit or a multi-site rollout.
Site inductions and compliance checks
Every operative completes site induction and compliance checks before starting work, so site rules and hazards are understood up front.
Ongoing risk assessments
Site conditions change. Risk assessments are reviewed and adapted as they do, with controls updated to match.
Controlled working areas
Clear signage, barriers, and segregation where required. Work areas are set up to keep our team and other trades safe to operate around us.
Good housekeeping practices
Work areas kept clean, organised, and free from hazards. Materials and waste managed throughout the day, not left to handover.
Coordination with other trades
Active coordination with other trades on site to reduce risk in shared or sequenced working environments.
Regular supervision and monitoring
Standards checked and maintained throughout the project, not just at the start and end.
Equipment and PPE
Professional-grade equipment used as standard
We invest in professional-grade equipment to ensure safe working conditions, particularly in environments involving dust, fumes, or spray application.
Compliance
Aligned with COSHH and wider construction safety standards
Our procedures and equipment are designed to meet the requirements of COSHH and the wider construction safety standards that apply on commercial sites. We hold the industry-recognised health, safety, and contractor accreditations expected of a commercial sub-contractor working on main contractor and developer-led projects, with full details available in our accreditations summary.
